I confirm that we have been using the services of Asset Smoke Alarms since May 2011.
Prior to Asset Smoke Alarms servicing our rental properties we were using one of the largest Smoke Alarm companies in Sydney for 5 years and at first they were very good but as the years went on we found their level of service greatly diminished and a lot of our properties that we thought were compliant had not been serviced for years thus putting our landlords and company at risk. Invoices were sent to us prior to jobs being done and tenant complaints started rolling in regarding their scheduled appointments being missed etc.
