What type of smoke alarm do you use?
We buy only premium quality photo-electric alarms. Unlike many of our (larger) competitors we do not import sub-standard alarms from overseas
What are the hidden extras that you charge?
The only additional charge would be if a hard-wired 240v alarm needs replacing due to it being faulty or expired. Replacement alarms and batteries are all included. No additional service calls are charged
Can you service properties outside of working hours?
Of course! Our team work extended hours and where appropriate weekends, to ensure we are not inconveniencing your tenants
What insurance have you got?
We have full public liability insurance of $20 million
